If you are seeing any of the above messages it means that your connection to our server is not possible at the moment. Please try these steps to solve it:
- Check Vainglory Status to see if we are experiencing issues or are in Maintenance mode
- Completely power off your device and your router for 30+ seconds
- If a restart didn't work, try opening ports 7000~8020 to make sure all the game packets can get through your router (this may not be possible if you are playing from a public place such as a school or workplace)
- Try using a different network or 4G/LTE/3G to see if it works that way.
- Power off and reboot your device.
