I am seeing a Cannot Connect or Connection Dropped message.

If you are seeing any of the above messages it means that your connection to our server is not possible at the moment. Please try these steps to solve it:

  • Check Vainglory Status to see if we are experiencing issues or are in Maintenance mode
  • Completely power off your device and your router for 30+ seconds
  • If a restart didn't work, try opening ports 7000~8020 to make sure all the game packets can get through your router (this may not be possible if you are playing from a public place such as a school or workplace)
  • Try using a different network or 4G/LTE/3G to see if it works that way.
  • Power off and reboot your device.
