How do I get a Refund?

To request a refund, check for the platform you used below:

 

Google Play Store:

Click here and you should be able to start the refund procedure. If you are having any difficulties with it, please open a ticket so we can assist you.

If you choose to contact us for help with your Google Refund please be sure to include the order number for the purchase you would like refunded and the email address that is linked to your Google Play account. We need each of these pieces of information in order to process your refund.

 

Amazon App Store:

In order to get a refund from Amazon, simply visit their refund support page and contact Amazon describing your situation.

Unfortunately, we are unable to help you resolve refunds for any purchases made through the Amazon App Store.

 

iTunes App Store:

In order to request a refund from Apple, you will need to contact them directly. To submit a refund request follow these steps:

  1. Find your in-app purchase records. Check your email for iTunes receipts or use a computer to sign in to your iTunes account and view your Purchase History.
  2. Click here to submit your refund request to Apple.
  3. Provide the requested information and enter "Refund" in the Details section.
  4. You will be prompted to send Apple a support e-mail; please let them know what happened and that Super Evil Megacorp approves this request for a refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to help you resolve refunds for any purchases made through the iTunes App Store.
