Turtle Powers & Build Crafting

Turtle Powers are your friend

Every Turtle Power helps you grow stronger. When choosing one, think about your playstyle and how it synergizes with powers you've already picked.

Fill out your Core Slots early

You have one slot each for Attack, Special/Tool, and Dash. Filling these early ramps up your power quickly.

Powers can be upgraded (up to Level 3)

Once picked, a power can be leveled up. Even replacing a core slot power may be worth it if you can reach a new level that fits your build better.

The Best Turtle Powers In Early Game Of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate

Use Lucky Dice in the shop & for Turtle Power Selections

You can use Lucky Dice to reroll in-game shop selections along with end of room rewards to grant you new options to purchase and select from.

Character Roster, Affinities & Playstyles

Massive gameplay breadth

Every character brings their own Inspirations (starting buffs), Masteries (buffs found during runs), a unique Special, and a Turtle Power affinity.

Character uniqueness & affinities

Characters are more attuned to certain Turtle Power categories, amplifying their unique strengths - for example, Raphael's affinity is Flame & Astral Powers.

Countless viable playstyles

  • Go glass cannon with Metalhead
  • Shred enemies with a fiery Crit Raph build
  • Throw countless shurikens with Leo
  • ...and many more to discover!

Progression: Dragon, Dreamer & Artifacts

Dragon Station & Dragon Coins

Earn Dragon Coins during runs and spend them at the Dragon Station.

Tip: Leveling up dash charges and Splinter Revives early is strong.

Dreamer Station & Dreamer Coins

Earn Dreamer Coins during runs and spend them at the Dreamer Station.

Tip: Leveling up Turtle Power appearance rate is very valuable.

Artifact Station & Artifacts

Unlock the Artifact Station and Artifacts as you progress, and power them up with Dreamer Coins.

Tip: The Lucky Dice can help surface more Turtle Powers so you can try builds faster.

Arcade Mode

Quick, one-shot mode with an arcade vibe

Accessible from the Home Lair, Arcade Mode features three distinct levels. Pick Flexes (buffs) and Hexes (debuffs) throughout the run for unique, chaotic fights.

Up the challenge with higher Pepper levels

Push yourself with higher Pepper difficulty — up to 4. Fair warning: a 4-Pepper challenge is tough!

A great way to mix it up and power up

A fun alternative to the main questline, and a great way to earn extra coins.

Challenges: Gauntlet, Shimmering & War Staff

Gauntlet Portals

Take on tougher mini-boss or boss fights through Red Gauntlet Challenge Portals, earning a new currency to power up with.

Shimmering Portals

Raise the stakes (and rewards) through Teal Shimmering Portals, which add tougher run modifiers and grant their own currency.

Equip the War Staff for the ultimate test

This Artifact doubles the damage you take — but also doubles your currency earned. Equip it for a full run to unlock the game's hardest achievements, including clearing all Gauntlet & Shimmering Portals.
